About the Owner

Dr. Brittni McLam is a native of south central Idaho and has been in medical practice for nearly 10 years. After graduating from Des Moines College of Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines, IA she completed a full scope family medicine residency in Duluth, MN with broad training in all aspects of clinical medicine, including hospital work, pediatrics, ICU medicine, and outpatient clinic. She then spent two years traveling across northern MN working in urgent care and rural emergency care rooms before returning to this area to practice outpatient and inpatient medicine in mid 2020. She is excited to be opening her own clinic built on the principle of:
"Patients first – a medical practice where each person is seen as a unique individual desiring to live the best life possible."
Also Providing Care
Dr. Mark Spencer is a longtime a resident of Wendell and has provided high quality and conscientious, compassionate care in the community for over 35 years. His outstanding bedside manner and caring humor have endeared him to many of his patients. Initially founding his practice at the current location in Wendell, he had a working partnership with St Benedicts hospital in Jerome for many years, rounding on patients, covering the ER, and delivering babies. Subsequently he was part of a large group of private family medicine clinicians that provided care in Wendell, Hagerman and Gooding, at North Canyon Medical Center, and in several local nursing homes. We are delighted that he is continuing in practice and joining Wendell Family Medicine LLC.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys time with his wonderful wife and their son Noah who with him helps provide ringside services for the amateur boxing circuit in Idaho and the northwest.
